Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, Cre8Cherished Moments is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The packaging
• The shipping box
Approved claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may result in a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
