Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Cre8 Cherished Moments is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number.
We are happy to assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-related issues.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The packaging
• The shipping box
We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
