Refund policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of my products, all sales are final. 

Each wreath is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted to order. Because of this, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • the item
  • the packaging
  • the shipping box

I will gladly work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond my control once the order has shipped.

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of the designs. Minor variations are not considered defects.
